Option 1
- Best for Agents closing less than 15 Transactions per year
- $400 per Transaction/Yearly Cap of $5900
- Best for Agents closing more than 15 Transactions per year
- $4900 flat rate for 12 months
- In House Broker Support and Contract Review

- Best for New Agents starting Part-Time or Self Starters
- Training for Full and Part-Time Agents - Comprehensive Training from Leads to Technology

- Daily Training Classes
- 70/30 Split for 8 Transactions, then you pay only $400 per transaction

- Best for New Agents wanting Career Development
- Lead Count Builder with a Personal Trainer

- 70/30 Split for 13 Transactions, then you pay only $400 per transaction

- Best for Agents wanting some basic help writing their first few deals.
- Works for Agents with other jobs that have some Sales Skills, but need help writing a contract.

Do you know other agents? You can invite them to our office and our Broker will interview them and when they join you will be entitled to a bonus when the agent that you refer closes a transaction and the Office collects $400 then you get a $100 Bonus. It's that easy!
